Getting to Schoolies Victor Harbor

From Adelaide

Free Schoolies Bus  - Saves you paying for a trip to Victor
Prepaid Ticket holders can get FREE Bus Travel from Adelaide to Victor Harbor. You are now able to reserve your seat for the free Schoolies Bus online. All you'll need to do is purchase your presale ticket (on sale soon) and then fill out the booking form (bookings open soon) Remember to present your ticket to the driver or you’ll have to pay the fare. Seats are strictly limited. The route passes the majority of accommodation outlets in Victor Harbor, Encounter Bay, Goolwa, Port Elliot and Middleton. Let the driver know in advance where you are staying and they’ll stop out front.

Regular Bus – will coast about $20
Premier Stateliner operate services from Adelaide to Victor Harbor daily. Buses depart from Adelaide Central Bus Station, 111 Franklin St - 9.30am, 12.00pm, 3.00pm, 3:30, 4.30pm weekdays and 9.30am, 4.30pm on Saturday.

From Melbourne

Greyhound operates a bus service from Melbourne to Adelaide. The bus leaves from the Greyhound Australia Terminal, 58 Franklin St Melbourne at 9.30pm and arrives in Adelaide 6.20am. Go to www.greyhound.com.au to book online or call 13 14 99.

From Interstate

The option of spending Schoolies in a different state is even more appealing with the cheap plane fares going around. Make sure you book early so as not to miss out on Schoolies Festival 2010.  Fly from wherever you are to Adelaide Airport.  For flight times and prices go to…

Schoolies Festival provides a FREE schoolies bus service for ticket holders. If you don’t have a ticket/wristband you will have to pay a student fare.

Once I’m in Victor Harbor, now what?
The final bus stop in Victor Harbor is the Stuart St, Bus Shelter. Call a Taxi on 131 008 to get you to your accommodation or start walking to the festival centre. Pick up your free copy of the ‘Schoolies Pocket Mag’ from your accommodation or ticket booth and get acquainted with the area, festival program, bus timetable, maps etc. Festival address is Warland Reserve, cnr of Flinders Parade and The Esplanade.

Getting home from Victor Harbor

There will also be Premier Stateliner will be running buses back to Adelaide leaving from Stuart Street Bus Shelter from 9:30am (don’t forget buses run past most accommodation outlets on the way back too).
